The unit is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the local golf club and a 10-minute drive to Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay walking trails, close to hiking trails, beaches and boat ramp.

This spacious, modern 2-bedroom unit provides accommodation for up to 4 guests.

Both bedrooms are fully equipped with smart TVs and access to Netflix, Disney and Free to Air TV.

The large master bedroom contains a king bed with electric blanket and built-in wardrobe with access to the bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed that can be separated into 2 x king single beds.

The entrance door leads into an open plan living space with natural light that filters through the dining, kitchen and living areas. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cater for your cooking needs – includes electric cooktop and oven as well as modern appliances: fridge, dishwasher (dishwasher pod supplied), air fryer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

The generous sized bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet. The reverse cycle air conditioner provides consistent temperature all year round. A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer (liquid pod supplied) is located inside the single lock-up garage.

Wireless internet is available throughout, allowing you to roam around and stay connected.
