Shell Cottage is a light-filled, spacious and modern two-bedroom holiday house, ideal for a serene visit to the Freycinet Peninsula for one or two couples or a small family.
Fully self-contained, the property is tastefully finished with Tasmanian timber furniture, each bedroom with a Tasmanian oak queen bed and built in wardrobes.
The stylish bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, heated floor and there is a separate toilet. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and a panel heater in each bedroom ensures a comfortable stay year round.
The well-appointed, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge provides direct access to a covered, wrap-around deck. You can relax with sheltered views to the Hazards, golf course and surrounding hills while enjoying outdoor dining and BBQs.
The driveway allows for easy access to unpack either via the stairs or a ramp at the side of the house, and there is ample space to park a car or two and a boat. There is an outdoor shower to rinse after a visit to Sandpiper Beach, which is a short walk away.
Coles Bay, the entrance to the Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay walking tracks, is a 5-minute drive away, and short drives take you to Friendly Beaches, East Coast wineries and the town of Bicheno.
